Customer Program Manager

Job description


As a Customer Program Manager you will develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications and deploy business opportunities.



• Meet regularly with assigned accounts to continually grow and maintain

an understanding of the customers’ issues/projects and customer

implementation schedule/key milestones

• Visit periodically the assigned customers to obtain feedback on


• Serve as the primary voice of the customer to bring key customer

needs and expectations back into the organization and advocate on the

customers’ behalf

• Engage in and coordinate efforts to provide customer support and

solutions by coordinating cross-functional teams

• Provide feedback to help reduce internal escalations and improve

products and processes going forward

• Coordinate with the Account Management team to drive value with key


• Report periodically out to management to identify customer experience

risks and drive internal change to support continuous customer

experience improvement




• 3+ Years project management, technical customer support, product

development or related experience in automotive industry

• The ability of collecting, analyzing, presenting data in support of


• The ability of fostering working relationships and establishing trust

across functional-teams internally and with customers

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong influencing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Be willing to travel to customer and regional sales sites as needed
